Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Meldrix Agent ("Service", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By creating an account, accessing the interface, connecting GitHub repositories, or sending queries to AI models on Meldrix Agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using Meldrix Agent.

To use Meldrix Agent, you must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your legal jurisdiction). If you are under legal age, you may only use Meldrix Agent under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all account information you submit is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Authentication on Meldrix Agent is managed securely through Firebase Authentication, supporting email credentials, Google Sign-In, and GitHub OAuth logins.

Gmail and Google Drive connections are optional, separate Google OAuth authorizations and are not part of Meldrix login. You may sign in to Meldrix with one account and connect Gmail or Google Drive under another Google account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are fully responsible for all activities, prompts, and operations performed under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• When you connect Gmail or Google Drive, you authorize Meldrix to access only the service data and actions described in the consent screen and these Terms, solely to perform your requested operations.
• You may revoke a Google service connection at any time through your Google Account permissions or the available Meldrix disconnect control.

Meldrix Agent provides access to premium AI models, high-speed execution tools, and repository workspace editing via subscription tiers. Subscriptions grant unlimited or quota-based access to Claude 3.7 Sonnet, Gemini Flash/Thinking, and image generation studio features.

You retain responsibility for all prompts, instructions, and code submitted to Meldrix Agent. Meldrix Agent and its developers shall not be liable for damages, outages, or security bugs resulting from unverified AI recommendations.

To maintain a safe and legal environment, you strictly agree NOT to use Meldrix Agent for any prohibited activity including, but not limited to:

Meldrix Agent offers optional GitHub Workspace integration (`readRepoFile`, `commitRepoFile`, `createNewRepository`).

• GitHub access is used strictly with your explicit authorization and active Personal Access Token (PAT).
• Your GitHub Access Token is stored locally in your browser and never saved to our permanent databases.
• Meldrix Agent will never access, read, or edit repositories without your active command.

Uploaded context files, images, code files, and PDFs are processed solely to provide requested AI completion and workspace assistance. Uploaded media may be temporarily stored on high-speed Bunny Storage CDN for retrieval during chat sessions.

AI Image Studio integrations generate images using third-party neural image engines. Generated outputs are subject to acceptable use policies and must not contain illegal or abusive material.

You retain ownership of all original code, files, prompts, and inputs you submit to Meldrix Agent. As between you and Meldrix Agent, AI outputs generated in response to your prompts belong to you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Meldrix Agent integrates third-party service providers including Firebase, Google AI, Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude API, and Kie.ai APIs. Your usage is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of these third parties.

Subscription management is currently processed via administrative configuration or manual activation.

Because automated paid checkout gateways are currently disabled, refund policies will apply only after the official launch of the online payment gateway integration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive API activity.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MELDRIX AGENT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MELDRIX AGENT OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued usage of Meldrix Agent after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
